A Month of Gratitude and Grace

As we enter November, our hearts naturally turn toward gratitude. The chill in the air and the beauty of autumn remind us of God’s faithfulness in every season. This month, we are invited to pause, reflect, and give thanks – not only for the blessings that fill our lives, but for the steadfast presence of our Lord who carries us through both joy and challenge.

Thanksgiving is more than a holiday; it’s a posture of the heart. When we take time to notice God’s hand at work in our families, church, and community, gratitude flows freely. Let’s remember those around us who may be struggling this season – the lonely, the sick, and the hungry – and be the hands and feet of Jesus in their lives.

We’ll gather on Sunday, November 23rd, for our annual Thanksgiving service at 10 a.m. It will be a morning of worship, reflection, and fellowship as we thank God together for His abundant goodness. Bring a friend, a neighbor, or someone who needs encouragement. Then following that service we will have a Thanksgiving meal together.

As the year draws toward its close, may we live with thankful hearts and generous spirits. Let’s continue shining Christ’s light in every corner of our community and beyond.
